Pancake TIME

In my Stem Class; Food, we have learned many things about chemical processes that make many of the foods we eat. We also learned about how mathematics like logarithms and exponents relate to things like recipes. For this action project we were even asked to alter our own recipe and so I chose the all time favorite: Pancakes! Here's how my experimentation went:
